rebasing is completely different from the merging.rebase rewrites the first whole git workflow .git rebase command adds all your specified branch commits to the top current branch (*) commit .this new commits added to the current branch will be in sequential order similar to the older branch

After rebasing, the new commit Ids will be changed

REBASING A BRANCH TO CURRENT BRANCH(*)
git rebase <branchname>
